January - The Pursuit of Happiness

January

Firstly, an apology for not having put in any Blog entries for a couple of weeks. I had a Wisdom Tooth out recently, and following that, a huge backlog of work. But here I am now, back in action and raring to go!

So we're now well into January and despite the global economic downturn, it's very much Business As Usual here at KPRS. Maybe this has something to do with the introduction of a huge tub of Coffee Mate - which has substantially increased productivity here.

Matt seems to have settled in and is making a unique contribution to the team... He has been orienteering with me a couple of times (although I think that the lure of running through the woods and heath land, getting wet, muddy, and cold, is starting to pale for him!)

Geoff has sustained a few sporting injuries (a shoulder problem earned during a rugby match) - but seems to be on the mend now. He is trying to sell his car at the moment, so if there are any takers, do please get in touch!

KP is continuing with his Triathlon training . He had a great skiing break earlier in the month, despite a distinct lack of snow.

And I've taken up a new sport, too... venting my frustrations with some kickboxing! And, of course, I'm still managing (wisdom tooth aside) to get up to the local climbing wall 2 - 3 times a week.

Coming Up...

We're still planning the Winter Warmer Drinks Night - apologies for the delay - I'll be in touch again soon with details!

In the meantime we're looking forward to catching up with some of you guys at Lawrence Dallaglio's Dinner next month. If it's anything like the Jason Robinson Night in November then there'll be a few tales to tell!

Well, I guess I'd better shoot off - I've got a wall to climb this evening...

Catch you soon,

Gabi
